If you’re standing at the edge of a change - buying your first home, downsizing, helping a parent transition, or preparing to sell a home filled with memories, I’m here to guide you every step of the way, providing support, clarity, and advocacy, to make sure your goals become reality. My focus is on thoughtful guidance, not pressure, ensuring every decision is made carefully for the best outcome.
I came to real estate later in life - by design. After decades as a single mom climbing the corporate ladder, managing people, finances, contracts, and complex negotiations, I was ready for a second career that aligned with my values rather than ambition alone. Volunteering on the Habitat for Humanity selection committee deepened my appreciation for how meaningful housing can be, and my lifelong love of people, homes, design, and staging made real estate the perfect way to bring my skills and passions together to serve others.
Avoiding flashy salesmanship, I provide clear communication, thoughtful guidance, and genuine advocacy. I negotiate collaboratively, aiming for informed, respectful outcomes and work with a select number of clients each year so every relationship receives the ample time and personal care it deserves.
Clients often come to me through referrals, particularly when situations are complex or emotionally layered. I'm known for patience, hands-on support, and willingness to go far beyond the basics - whether that means preparing a home for sale, coordinating trusted resources, or breaking down complicated information into something manageable and clear.
Somehow along the way, I became known as “the Homes Gal.” I’ll take it.
